We’re an Atlanta-based team of seasoned sales and marketing consultants that, at one time or another, have been senior executives involved in managing every aspect of marketing, sales, communications, and internet marketing. Individually and collectively, we’ve acquired a significant amount experience and expertise in growing businesses – particularly on the unique battlefields of selling and marketing technology products and services.

Lori A. Alsterberg, President

As President of Big Chair Marketing, I work directly with our clients to devise, design and optimize direct marketing programs. My 20+ year career spans across several complimentary disciplines in sales, direct, database marketing and general management. I’ve served as Director of Small Business Marketing for Pitney Bowes and John H. Harland and Director of Strategic Marketing for Intuit Financial Services.

I have a solid grounding in the disciplines of traditional and direct response marketing, and ensure that strategies work together as an integrated whole to achieve an ROI that meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations. My expertise encompasses strategic planning, program design, channel mix, data driven analysis, segmentation, and direct and digital marketing.

Having experience in sales, marketing and business I bring a strong desire to do what’s right for our clients and their customers. My strengths include the ability to see the “big picture”, trouble shooting and problem solving requires a wide-angle view of processes and I can tell the difference between symptoms and underlying issues. While making plans and having goals is important the ability to think on the fly and adapt to change is crucial. I believe innovation and questioning process is an important element in driving business success.

Laurie A. Pizzano, Vice President of Sales

As a career sales professional I have extensive sales experience and management skills to help organizations overcome the many obstacles they face in today’s challenging sales environment. I’m a problem solver; combining my experience and strong commitment to the fundamentals of relationship building and consultative selling. I have a passion helping our clients improve their sales processes and techniques to improve their bottom line.

I’ve held positions in both large and small companies; including consulting and corporate training roles at Gulfstream, Savannah Technical College and Cannondale.
